ANN MANDLE QUIN

Attorney / Founder

Ann is the founder and managing attorney of Vintage Title. She has almost 30 years of experience in the title industry, having managed the closings for over 10,000 residential and commercial real estate transactions during that time. Ann is also an expert on successions, wills, and donations, and is certified by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission to teach continuing education. Ann earned her JD from Loyola University College of Law, is a licensed title insurance producer and a notary public, and is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts.

Ann is a native of New Orleans. She holds a B.A. in Education and worked as a college instructor and as a teacher in the Plaquemines and Orleans Parish school systems before attending law school. As a title attorney, she enjoys answering clients' questions and making sure they are informed and comfortable with every aspect of their transactions. In her free time, she enjoys silk painting, baking, rock collecting, and spending time with her family.

CLAUDIA TRAPANI

Attorney

Claudia has been a practicing attorney for almost 30 years, primarily in the area of real estate law. She has been with Vintage Title for 20 years. Claudia holds a JD from Loyola University College of Law and is licensed to practice law in all Louisiana state courts. Well-versed in all things title-related, Claudia is Vintage Title's senior examining attorney and has closed thousands of real estate transactions throughout her career. Claudia is also a notary public and a licensed title insurance producer. A former college instructor, she has taught continuing legal education seminars and first-time homebuyer classes. She enjoys every aspect of her job, especially discovering the unique story that each property has to tell, and she approaches each transaction with professionalism and extreme attention to detail.

Claudia is a native of New York but has been a New Orleanian for many years. A lover of live theater, Claudia holds an MA in Drama and Communications from the University of New Orleans. She is also an usher at the Saenger Theatre and the Mahalia Jackson Theatre for the Performing Arts and a season-ticket holder at the Rivertown Theatre in Kenner.

 

CHERIE DUFRENE

Notarial Secretary / Processor

Cherie has been with Vintage Title for 19 years and has 27 years of experience in the title business. She is Vintage Title’s main closing coordinator and processor and works closely with clients, agents, and lenders from the moment we receive the contract all the way through closing. Her favorite part of the job is helping to make the dream of home ownership come true for our clients!

RHONDA USEY

Assistant / Paralegal

Rhonda is a certified paralegal with 30 years of experience. She joined Vintage Title in 2019. Rhonda works with our processing team to both prepare files for closing and ensure that all details are taken care of post-closing. She enjoys title work because she gets to wear many hats and no two days are the same.

Rhonda is an avid crafter who loves to create custom gifts, and she has a part-time business selling her wares to discerning customers with an eye for exquisite craftsmanship!

WIL CAMPBELL JR.

Marketing Director

Wil Campbell Jr. is an experienced real estate professional based in New Orleans for 10 years. He joined Vintage Title in 2023 and since then has been providing an unmatched customer experience.

Wil is known for being incredibly creative and making sure everyone involved in the life cycle of a file is well taken care of. He keeps in close contact with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers and is dedicated to fostering productive, long-lasting relationships.

When Wil isn't working, he enjoys taking care of his plants and jogging. Wil is a member of the Pride Marketing Association, and a founding member of REP NOLA. His dedication to his professional career is matched only by his passion for what he does.

LINCOLN DUHON

Digital + Client Relations Manager

Lincoln is originally from Lafayette and has roots in Maine—whether it’s crawfish or lobster, she’s into it! She has been with Vintage Title for eight years and in the title industry for ten. Her job is to make sure clients and agents are informed and taken care of, all while representing Vintage Title to the fullest at all times! Lincoln was the Affiliate of the Year for New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR) for 2020 and was the Membership Director for the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) for 2021. She strives to help agents, lenders and friends in every step of the closing process!

An animal lover, Lincoln has three dogs: an ugly Catahoula, a sweet-tempered poodle, and a baby Brittany Spaniel.
